Erotic desserts

If you remember the posts about love food we published not that long ago, you may recall that bananas and chocolate were mentioned on these lists. What can be more seductive and sexually stimulating that this banana split dessert?

banana split

And to make the whole situation even hotter why not eat the banana with the chocolate, ice cream and whipped cream in a menage a trois? Imagine, two girls sucking and licking the dessert off the plate and off each other’s faces and fingers while he watches. They don’t need spoons for that, tongues are enough…

How long would you resist and just stay idle watching?  Or perhaps the girls could tie or cuff you to the bed and just let you watch, helpless  as they frolic with each other…

Food of sex, part 2

Our novel puts a lot of importance on cuisine.  After all our girls provide the men with such an intensive workout that they have to be well fed just to be able to replenish their energy. Eleyne, Yasmin, Babette and Melisa want these 4 gorgeous rockers to have a lot of strength for more sex, so even if they are not given food of love, they certainly cannot complain about being under-nourished. Yesterday’s article discussed the properties of some of some aphrodisiac food, are there more dishes, fruit or vegetables that also stimulate the libido? Sure, yesterday I just mentioned just a few of them, today the next portion.

You may be surprised to find the stinky garlic on the list of aphrodisiacs… Yeah, I know the aroma is hardly enticing especially if you don’t eat it yourself (garlic requires social solidarity, you know) but it stimulates your blood flow. Which is especially important for men and the natural hydraulic pumps they have in their pants. The same applies to chili peppers and all the spices and sauces that contain it (tabasco, piri piri).  Capsaicin, one of the ingredients of chili peppers will surely get your body-temperature and heart-rate up. Ladies, if you want to get your men horny feed them some grilled chicken with tabasco sauce. You won’t regret it, and it is really tasty. Just don’t exaggerate with the amount of spice… In high volume it has the tendency to speed up the digestion, to put it mildly 😉 You know what I mean.

Oysters are probably the food most associated with being an aphrodisiac and our female protagonist take full advantage of that fact. One of the first bedroom sessions with their heroes does feature these tasty mollusks together with the ultimate seduction drink – champagne. Everything for a reason, oysters may be thought an aphrodisiac because of their high zinc content (the lack of which can even lead to impotence), which helps produce sperm and increases libido.  Apart from that these shellfish really resemble women’s pussies,  this could be a reason why people in the past associated mussels with sexuality. Sexual appetite starts in the mind rather than in the body, so oysters could have a psychological effect on the libido as well. Just imagine, eating some oysters and drinking champagne, how inspiring and stimulating it may be to lick off these cold tasty bubbles off your partners skin.

Apart from the already mentioned drink – champagne, there are others that are supposed to get you horny. Red wine is one of them. Drinking a glass of it a day is said to do wonders for your libido as red wine contains resveratrol, an antioxidant that helps boost blood flow and improves circulation before an intercourse. Alcohol that is present in wine also relaxes you and lowers your inhibitions (I might suggest trying some anal sex after ‘relaxing’ in this way). I could add that according to some researchers red wine is also good for your heart. It’s only too bad that is not as good for our tummies and hips, ladies 😦 A 100 ml glass of red wine can contain about 100 calories from alcohol (depending on the % of alcohol and I’m not counting the sugars contained).  Another beverage that is said to boost your libido is pomegranate juice, rich in antioxidants that protect the lining of your blood vessels.  Some even call it a liquid Viagra as it increases the testosterone level up to 30% (well, they are not so up to date, there are more recent and better acting pharmaceuticals to help the libido of men). Strange as it seems beer is also supposed to have some love boosting properties. I can only imagine this gossip has been made up by some men, the only effect of beer I personally have seen was causing an OFP effect. Means – only for peeing.

Are any of these (and from yesterday’s article) on your ‘preference” list? I suggest putting them there. Your sex life will sure improve thanks to these aphrodisiacs.

Food of sex, part 1

Some types of food have been famous for its aphrodisiac properties. But are they really working? All those asparagus, avocados, bananas, chocolate and some others… Do they really increase our sexual appetite? Well, some do have some psychoactive properties, others arouse because they are psychologically suggestive, and some can actually increase blood flow to the genitals. And some others are simply healthy.

According to an English herbalist from the 17th century, Nicholas Culpepper, asparagus “stirs up lust in man and woman.” He had good reasons: asparagus is rich in potassium, fiber, vitamin B6, vitamins A and C, and thiamin and folic acid. The latter is said to boost histamine production necessary for the ability to reach orgasm in both sexes. Mrrrr… how about some barbecued asparagus with some melted butter for a start of a romantic dinner… You could feed each other with the sexy spears and lick the butter off each others fingers. And not only from there…

Just the shape of avocado is sexually suggestive, what do you associate it with when you look at it? Pear shape…  Woman’s waist and hips… Though the Aztecs had some other ideas calling the avocado ahuacuatl, or “testicle tree.”  They thought the fruit hanging in pairs on the tree resembled testicles. The Catholic priests in Spain found this fruit so obscenely sexual that they forbade it. On the other side, avocado is rich with folic acid, vitamin B6 and potassium. Folic acid – here we go again, better orgasm for us! Hmmm… A dish for an “erotic dinner”… How about some avocado with shrimps (another rich source of zinc 😉 )

Another suggestive fruit – a banana… and if you pair with with some melted chocolate… Oh, nom nom nom… It’s sheer paradise in your mouth. And combine it with the fact that bananas are loaded with potassium, magnesium and B vitamins as well as  chelated minerals and the bromeliad enzyme, said to enhance the male libido. Add to it at that chocolate contains host of compounds including anandamide, the psyochoactive feel-good chemical, and PEA (phenylethylamine), the “love chemical,” which releases dopamine in the pleasure centers of the brain and peaks during orgasm. It looks like sharing a banana with chocolate together is definitely a good idea for a pre-frolic meal. Or a meal in-between the two shags… 😉 To help you both regenerate.

One more love food is nuts. No, I don’t mean yours, guys. You don’t really want us to bite there, do you? I mean those from trees. All nuts that contain high amount of zinc are good aphrodisiacs, the lack of this mineral can lead to impotency. One of  powerful and real aphrodisiacs are Ginkgo nuts which are widely used in Chinese herbal medicine even to this day to stimulate, among other things, erotic desires. Ginkgo nuts are a powerful antioxidant; this makes them an excellent source of nutrition for stimulating blood circulation and invigorating stagnating bodies.

Sweet, sticky honey contains a large amount of boron, a trace mineral that helps the body use and metabolize estrogen, the female sex hormone. Scientists have found out that this mineral may also boost testosterone levels in the blood, the hormone responsible for promoting sex drive and orgasm in both men and women. In addition, honey contains B vitamins needed for testosterone, as well as other nutrients.
